In May of 2016 the Regional Learning and Cultural Center (RLCC) celebrated it’s grand opening. Located in downtown West Liberty, the center offers training and higher education learning experiences for our workforce and the community at large. The RLCC is a partnership between WeLead and Eastern Iowa Community College (EICC). EICC offers classes several nights a week. To learn more, click here.
Situated in beautiful historic downtown West Liberty, the Regional Learning & Cultural Center is a recently renovated space, suited perfectly for a variety of events. The space can be used for group classes, graduation parties, wedding and baby showers, company meetings,
and various fundraising soirées. Large windows and high ceilings allow lots of natural light inside and create a spacious, airy feel. The stunning kitchen features stainless steel appliances and modern fixtures, as well as a professional-grade triple basin sink. The island is an excellent choice for cooking classes. Audio-visual equipment is available for rental as well, and features a large projector screen and state-of-the-art video streaming equipment. We also welcome third party services such as caterers, florists, and event planners.
